The rooms at Sanya Backpacker International Youth Hostel are amazing! I stayed in a double room with a cozy patio, which was perfect for chilling in the evenings. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping me cool and comfortable. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the room.

Personally, I didn't care for the soundproofing in the double room. I understand that some people might appreciate it, but I felt like it made the room feel a bit closed off.

Super friendly staff, comfortable built-in beds with curtains, big lockers, beach towels available, great location near beach and main street.

I always come back to this amazing place. The friendly staff helped me find something important on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, bar, fitness center, games. Perfect for my city trips. I have no regrets.

Best Location and Price, with excellent facilities and services on offer. The newly renovated property provides a hotel-like experience with comfortable beds and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax, eat, and meet other travelers. And the cherry on top, there is a washer and dryer available!

Worst Cleanliness and lack of helpfulness from some staff members. The cleanliness of the bathroom and overall conditions of the hostel could be better, and it could definitely use a big renovation.

The facilities at this hostel are absolutely amazing! The shower was always hot and the entire place was very clean. They even offered surf equipment for rent which was a huge plus. The location of the hostel is also great, and the staff, though not highly professional, were always trying their best to be helpful and friendly. it was the best hostel I've stayed at during my 3 months of traveling in China. The new facilities, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere made for a fantastic stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The hostel's location near Dadonghai Beach was absolutely perfect! It felt like I could practically dip my toes in the ocean with just a step outside the door. Plus, the convenience of having free parking nearby meant I could easily explore the stunning surroundings of Sanya without any worries.

I had such an amazing experience at Backpacker International Youth. The manager, Liang, made my stay unforgettable. She took me to the best local spots for food and nights out, and her genuine kindness made me feel like a friend. The hostel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by countless food options. The beds were comfortable, and the laid-back vibe of the place was exactly what I was looking for. Oh, and the good wifi was a bonus!

I felt like a true adventurer staying at this hostel, with all the outdoor activities and scuba diving courses they offered. Plus, I became a pro at billiards and darts! And let's not forget the convenience of free parking and snacks at the on-site bar.

Plus, the hostel had a cozy terrace surrounded by trees, perfect for relaxing and meeting fellow travelers.

The only downside was the poor cleanliness in the bathroom and common areas.

had a blast at this party hostel in sanya! exceeded my expectations with their awesome terrace bar, cheap cocktails, and friendly staff. the cute cats were a bonus too! can't wait to go back for my next vacation.
